The internet, a source of information, inspiration and freedom of expression, but from time to time also a source of irritation. I love all those tumblr blogs, but man I hate it when the names of the original artists are not mentioned. Whether it's a song, a photograph or painting the musician, photographer or artist must have credits. You can drag and drop whatever you want from the internet and that can be a beautiful thing, but don't flaunt another man's work without at least mentioning their name. Well that said, I found these beautiful images on a tumblr blog and I really wanted to show them on my blog, but no source was mentioned. Because I never post images without the names of the makers, I searched my ass off. I finally found the artists behind this beautiful work, called Bêtes de mode, on the website of Helmo, two graphic designers, Thomas Couderc et Clément Vauchez, from France. The images were originally made for Galeries Lafayette in 2006 in a cooperation with Thomas Dimetto, the animal photographs were made by Christophe Urbain, photographs of the people were shot by Laurent Croisier, styling by Romain Vallos and creative directors Anne Claire Boulard and Tulip Santene.
