The Prada collections have been the most photogenic and fashions favorite for a few seasons, so now is the time for a short animation movie. The long version, Fallen Shadows, was shown in 300 Italian theaters. On the Prada website there are also 3 sub-movies for the new Prada phone, perfume and sunglasses. One shot of the movie reminded me of a photo I once found on the internet. I don't know who it is from, but now it suddenly added a funny link to my personal fashion mind map. Gucci's new fragrance Gucci by Gucci is now available in stores and if you have seen the commercial you know it must be a winner! First of all the commercial is directed by the amazing David Lynch, director of movies like The Straight Story, Blue Velvet and the classic TV series Twin Peaks. So Gucci couldn't go wrong in the first place with this man on board. Second, the soundtrack of the commercial is 'Heart of Glass' by fashion icon Blondie. And three, the commercial stars are models Raquel Zimmerman, Natasha Poly and Freja Beha Erichsen dancing Blondie moves in beautiful Gucci dresses. It's a winners formula!
