Like so many of you, I collect all sorts of beautiful pictures I find on the internet and in magazines. I even have a very organized archive. Today I was looking trough this massive amount of images and found a lot of pictures of Kurt Cobain. I realized that today, exactly 16 years ago, he passed away. So here's Kurt, the man who, among other Rock 'n Roll heroes, made me who I am today; a Rock 'n Roll junkie, and I thank him for that.
A few days ago we watched 'Flashbacks of a Fool' starring Daniel Craig. A nice movie, certainly not great. Great was the music, not just great I loved it! This song is called 'If there is something' by Roxy Music. Also take a look at those amazing outfits and the interior. Stunning and yeah it takes me right back when I was young and my mother played her '70's records.
Yesterday Paradiso, Amsterdam: Deftones!!!! They were amazing, the best Deftones performance ever! I feel like an 80 year old woman today, but that equals a very good night in my opinion.
I just watched "The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert" and it made my day, no my freakin' week! I just love this movie. It reminds me of the nights we'd go out after hours of doing our hair & make-up and dressing up in such extravagant clothes we'd have to push each other into the car like cupcakes through a keyhole. Ah nostalgia!
